9bdtk Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 9bdtk website and platform, including all games, sportsbook, live casino, crash games, and any other products or services offered by 9bdtk. By accessing the 9bdtk platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are subject to change — it is your responsibility to review them regularly. The most current version will always be published on this page.

9bdtk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time with immediate effect. Where material changes are made, 9bdtk will endeavour to notify registered account holders via the contact details associated with their account. Continued use of the 9bdtk platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility

To register and use the 9bdtk platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 9bdtk is strictly an adult platform. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance returned subject to identity verification.
• You must be the registered account holder. You may not allow any other person to use your 9bdtk account, and you may not use another person's account under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and registered mobile number. 9bdtk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided.
• You may hold only one active 9bdtk account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any bonus funds forfeited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 9bdtk or any of its affiliated entities or technology providers.

2. Account Registration and Security

By registering a 9bdtk account, you accept full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The following obligations apply at all times:

• You must keep your 9bdtk password confidential at all times and must not share it with any other person. 9bdtk will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.
• You must notify 9bdtk support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Contact support at [email protected] with your registered mobile number.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account is accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update your account details promptly through the account settings or by contacting support.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. 9bdtk may at any time request identity documents including a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification to verify your age, identity, and payment source.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

9bdtk processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods available in the account cashier. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• All funds deposited into your 9bdtk account must be from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.
• 9bdtk does not accept cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any payment method not explicitly listed in the cashier. Attempting to fund your account through an unauthorised payment channel may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount.
• In the event of a technical error during a transaction, 9bdtk will investigate and resolve the discrepancy within 5 business days. Players should not attempt to exploit any transaction error and must report any observed discrepancy to support immediately.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

9bdtk offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. General bonus terms are set out below:

• Bonuses are credited to your 9bdtk account automatically upon meeting the qualifying deposit or action requirement. Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balance and can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements state how many times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• 9bdtk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus that has not yet been activated at the time of withdrawal will be removed from the account. Bonuses that have been activated but not yet cleared will be subject to the outstanding wagering requirement.
• Players suspected of abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting patterns, or engaging in bonus hedging — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended pending investigation.
• Seasonal and event-based promotions — including offers linked to BPL season, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other Bangladesh market events — are subject to their own specific terms which will be displayed at the time the promotion is live. These specific terms take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 9bdtk platform operate under the rules set by the respective game providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Spribe and Ezugi. The following fair play terms apply to all game categories:

• All slot, table game, and crash game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. 9bdtk does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages provided by game developers and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.
• Live casino games are hosted and operated by third-party providers. In the event of a technical disruption to a live casino game, the round will be deemed void and any wagers placed during the disrupted round will be returned to player balances.
• Sportsbook and cricket betting markets are subject to the specific rules of each market type. In-play bets accepted after a relevant event (goal, wicket, run) has occurred but before the platform has processed the update may be voided at 9bdtk's discretion.
• Any player found to be using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the 9bdtk platform, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage will have their account suspended immediately and all winnings voided.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bdtk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the 9bdtk platform for any purpose related to financial crime or fraudulent activity. 9bdtk has a legal obligation to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing in connection with sportsbook markets, or sharing inside information relating to any sporting event on which 9bdtk offers betting markets.
• Using chargebacks, disputed payment claims, or any other mechanism to reverse a legitimate deposit after wagering activity has commenced. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery action.
• Registering using false identity information, impersonating another person, or providing forged or altered identity documents during KYC verification.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 9bdtk staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform, including customer support chat or email.

7. Responsible Gaming

9bdtk is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides a suite of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered 9bdtk account holders at any time and include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players who feel that their gaming behaviour may be causing harm to themselves or to others are strongly encouraged to use these tools or to contact the 9bdtk support team for assistance.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

9bdtk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in any prohibited activity listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or submission of fraudulent, forged or unacceptable identity documentation. In such cases, any pending withdrawal request will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• At 9bdtk's sole discretion for any other reason that 9bdtk reasonably determines to be in the best interests of the platform, its players, or the integrity of the gaming environment. Where an account is closed and a real-money balance remains, 9bdtk will return that balance to the player's registered payment method subject to identity verification being complete.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9bdtk platform — including but not limited to the 9bdtk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9bdtk or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 9bdtk platform without the prior written consent of 9bdtk. Any unauthorised use of 9bdtk intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9bdtk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 9bdtk platform or any of its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or delays beyond 9bdtk's reasonable control.

9bdtk makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or that any specific game or feature will remain available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, regulatory requirements, or third-party provider decisions may result in temporary or permanent removal of games or features from the 9bdtk platform.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 9bdtk platform should be raised in the first instance by contacting the 9bdtk support team at [email protected]. 9bdtk will endeavour to resolve all player disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel, the matter will be subject to the dispute resolution process set out in the player's account terms at the time of registration.

12. Amendments to These Terms

9bdtk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — such as changes to bonus terms, eligibility criteria, or payment conditions — 9bdtk will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders where practicable. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the 9bdtk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.
